Have you been looking for an effective massage but never found one that hits all the right spots?

I approach massage therapy with one single goal in mind, which is to find and remove physical and emotional tension from the body. I work empathically, combining my twenty plus years of massage and holsitic therapist experience to achieve astounding results.

I use a range of massage techniques to achieve better results for my clients I now charge on a fixed rate basis.

Below is an outline of what clients can expect from their chosen treatment time, treatment price and a brief treatment description.

Massage

Swedish Massage

It involves a combination of different movements which increases the level of oxygen & circulation whilst at the same time addressing muscle knots, adhesions & toxins.

This massage also helps to relieve stress, tension, plus general aches and pains.

Remedial Massage

Whilst deep tissue massage can be a whole body treatment, remedial massage focuses on parts of the body that requires rehabilitation, treating the ligaments, tendons, muscles and connective tissues of the area being treated and is helpful for chronic pain issues such as arthritis.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning the deeper layer of muscles and connective tissue, it is helpful for chronic conditions; aches, pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck, back, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.

Hot and Cold Stone Massage

Hot Stone massage combines massage, thermo-therapy & energy work - this can be a deeply relaxing, pampering treatment or used in combination with deep tissue work to help ease congested muscle areas.

Cold stones can also be used to reduce acute inflammation, such as along the spinal channel and tendon attachment sites. Cold stones can also be used in zone facelift sessions to reduce puffiness and increase lymphatic drainage to the face area.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy uses  essential oils extracted from nature (such as leaves, berries flowers, seeds, nuts and bark) which can be used both for improving psychological and physical well-being.

This type of massage is often very gentle and deeply relaxing but can also be used to complement deep tissue work where anti-inflammatory oils can enhance recovery.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is an effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Often therapists will use a combination of techniques, including massage therapy to produce the most effective outcome.

Trigger Point Treatment

The main goal of trigger point treatment is to release trigger points which aid pain relief, restoring range of movement and improving the biomechanics in the affected joints.
